Growth is the Only Standard

For All Levels & Experience

Whether you’re just getting started or chasing elite performance, this event was built to challenge every tier of athlete. With three divisions — Foundations, Pro, and Elite — and a 2-person team format, every test demands effort, grit, and teamwork.

Venice. Muscle Beach. No Excuses.

Set on the legendary Muscle Beach, with 160,000+ sq. ft. of sun, sand, and sweat — this is where fitness history meets your next breakthrough. Multiple floors. Loud energy. Nonstop movement. You’ll feel the pressure. You’ll feel the crowd. And when it’s over, you’ll feel damn proud you showed up.

Not Just Another Competition

This isn’t about chasing clout — it’s about confronting who you are and earning something that actually means something. Every team walks away with a medal, but what you’re really carrying home is proof. Of growth. Of effort. Of a moment you won’t forget.

The 2025 Athlete Jersey

Comfort never taught anyone how to thrive.

You don’t need to be the strongest. The fastest. The most experienced. At PAINKLLR, we don’t chase aesthetics or applause. We chase the edge — because that’s where transformation lives. This isn’t just another comp. It’s a test of who you are… and who you’re becoming. Growth is the only standard. Show up and prove it. But something harder. Sharper. Real. Because here, growth isn’t optional. It’s the only standard.

Task 1 FAQ

Q: During Task 1, are both partners working at the same time or taking turns?
A: Yes, both teammates are working simultaneously. One partner will be on the bike accumulating meters while the other completes the TRX YBell movements. Once the YBell work is done, they switch roles. This rotation continues until the required bike distance is completed. Both partners must then cross the finish line together.

Q: In the first workout, is the score based only on the bike, or do the YBell rounds count separately?
A: The only score is your time to complete the bike. The YBell work doesn’t count toward a separate score but plays a strategic role—how you pace it will directly impact your partner’s ability to sustain their effort on the bike.

Task 2 FAQ

Q: In Task 2, do both partners complete the work together or separately?
A: The work is completed as a team. Partners can split the reps however they choose and must move through the workout together, strategizing the best way to get it done efficiently.

Q: What’s the correct way to perform a slam ball over shoulder?
A: Athletes can hold and lift the slam ball however they choose. The only standard is that the ball must clearly pass over the shoulder to count as a rep.

Q: What is the movement standard for wall ball sit-ups?
A: Hold the wall ball at your chest. As you lower back, the ball must touch the ground behind your head. On the way up, throw the wall ball to a 4-foot target. That completes one rep.

Q: Does one athlete complete both the sled push and pull before switching?
A: Yes. One partner must complete both the sled push and pull—totaling 100 feet—before the next partner can begin. The floor is set up for a 50-foot push followed by a 50-foot pull. The total team distance is 200 feet.

Tire Weights:
250lbs Foundation Women / Pro Women

Task 3 FAQ

Q: Is Task 3 completed once by each partner, or multiple times?
A: Each partner completes both parts of the workout one time. At the start, one partner performs the tire flips while the other completes the skierg and sandbag run. Once finished, they switch and complete the opposite task. Each partner does both parts once, and your score is the cumulative time of all four efforts combined.

Foundations M/F: Both athletes will be doing synchro lunges with weighted sandbags on their backs

Task 4 FAQ

Q: Is Task 4 performed as a team or individually?
A: Task 4 is completed as a team. The row, jump rope, and sandbag carry can be split between partners however they choose. The 2-person worm lunge must be done together. Strategy and coordination are key for this task.

Q: Do mixed doubles use a heavy rope or a standard rope for the jump rope portion?
A: Mixed doubles use a heavy rope for the jump rope portion—just like all other divisions.

Q: What is a worm lunge and how is it performed?
A: A worm lunge uses a 6-foot long, weighted sandbag carried by two athletes. Partners must lift the worm together and rest it on their shoulders. While synchronized, they lunge forward for 50 feet. At the turnaround point, they drop the worm, reset, and lunge back. For each rep to count, the back knee must make contact with the ground.

Q: What is the movement standard for jump rope?
A: No skipping is allowed. The rope must pass under your feet once for every jump.
