The FITNESS OPEN division is for the every day athlete who is looking accessible movements without giving up a challenge. The difference between this division and FITNESS PRO is the weight and number of reps. You will not find technical movements in any of the FITNESS Divisions. If you’re looking for a challenge but new to the competition world, this is for you.

The FITNESS PRO division is for the consistently active, every day athlete who is looking to put their fitness to the test. You will not find technical movements in any of the FITNESS Divisions, and in the PRO division you will see heavier weights for what you will move and possibly more reps. If you’re an active individual who wants to feel the fire of competition, this is for you.

The RX Division is for the experienced functional fitness athlete (those who train in CrossFit® or other Hybrid Programs). The event programming will put to the test the skills, capacity, and stamina you’ve built in training. Competing in RX, we recommend you are able to complete your everyday training at the prescribed level.

The Elite Division is for the well-experienced and professional functional fitness athlete (those who train in CrossFit® or other Hybrid Programs). The event programming is geared towards those who want a professional competition experience. Competing in Elite, we recommend experience in previous competitions and can comfortably complete prescribed workouts.
