[5 Minute Movement]
30 Second Sprint (Max Effort)
90 Second Jog / Shuffle
3 Minute Ruck March

After each 5 minute interval of movement, athletes myst stop and complete with full weight:
5 Push-ups
10 Forward Walking Lunges
15 Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
Immediately into 5 minute movement (sprint, jog, ruck march) and repeat for 60 minutes.

The goal is to cover as much ground as possible in 60 minutes. Athletes can choose their challenge:
“Full Combat Load” – Weighted Vest (20/14), Backpack (Ruck) with up to 30lbs
Backpack with Weight / Ruck – 50/30
Sandbag (50/30)
Weighted Vest Only (20/14)
