QRF stands for Quick Reaction Force and is a military term used for versatile unit capable of rapidly responding to developing situations.
For this challenge, we are calling it a QRF because the workout is revealed at 9am Eastern and you will have 72 hours to complete the workout and social checkpoints. Each QRF is rooted in one thing – Get it done.
Unlike other challenges, this isn’t about a leaderboard. This is about redefining YOUR hard with a gritty challenge and a chance at an awesome Grand Prize.

3 Minute Ruck March
After each 5 min interval of movement, athletes must stop and complete with full weight:
10 Forward Walking Lunges
20 Mountain Climbers
Immediately into 5 min movement (sprint, jog, ruck march) and repeat for 60 minutes.
The goal is to cover as much ground as possible in 60 minutes. Athletes can choose their challenge:
- “Full Combat Load” – Weighted Vest (20/14), Backpack (Ruck) with up to 30lbs
- Backpack with Weight / Ruck – 50/30
- Sandbag (50/30)
- Weighted Vest Only (20/14)
