Each QRF will have One Grand Prize Winner who will receive:
QRF stands for Quick Reaction Force and is a military term used for versatile unit capable of rapidly responding to developing situations.
For this challenge, we are calling it a QRF because the workout is revealed at 9am Eastern and you will have 72 hours to complete the workout and social checkpoints. Each QRF is rooted in one thing – Get it done.
Unlike other challenges, this isn’t about a leaderboard. This is about redefining YOUR hard with a gritty challenge and a chance at an awesome Grand Prize.

60 Minutes of Work.
72 Hours to Complete.
60 Minutes to Move Max Distance
[5 Minute Movement]
30 Second Sprint
90 Second Jog / Shuffle
3 Minute Ruck March
After each 5 min interval of movement, athletes must stop and complete with full weight:
5 Push-ups
10 Forward Walking Lunges
15 Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
Immediately into 5 min movement (sprint, jog, ruck march) and repeat for 60 minutes.
The goal is to cover as much ground as possible in 60 minutes. Athletes can choose their challenge:
- “Full Combat Load” – Weighted Vest (20/14), Backpack (Ruck) with up to 30lbs
- Backpack with Weight / Ruck – 50/30
- Sandbag (50/30)
- Weighted Vest Only (20/14)
ALL CHECKPOINTS MUST BE HIT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE
1) Enter your Name, Email, and IG Handle
2) Share a story stating you're starting and showing your gear. Make sure to tag @painkllr @usafspecwarrecruiting #painkllr
3) At the 30 minute mark, share a story while on the ruck march sharing your current distance. Don't forget to tag us!
4) At the 60 minute mark, share a story / post of your total distance and why you don't quit.
Contest Period: Begins November 19, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time and ends on November 21, 2021 at 9:00pm Eastern Time.
All Required Checkpoints must be completed to be eligible.
