THE MAIN INFO
People in Athlete Relations handle the responsibility of areas such as: Athlete Check-in, corralling athletes, security, score runners, nameplate crew, etc. These individuals are massively important to the all-around PAINKLLR experience.
Judging volunteers are a vital factor and bring integrity to the PAINKLLR experience. Our events depend largely on the ability of the judge to be fair, accurate, and consistent. The quality of judging at any event is a major factor in its reputation and success. You will be responsible and ask to validate the performance of athletes through movement standards, keep an accurate rep count, and finish in time. Judging will be your primary responsibility. however, you may be asked to fulfill other duties.
Being a part of the Media team involves video, photo, and social media. We look for previous experience in media and sports/fitness is a plus. The Media Team can expect to be on their feet for most of the day, but will help us show the world about PAINKLLR and overcoming challenges.
These volunteers need to be certified in CPR and First Aid. On the application, please specify your background and certifications. These positions will provide emergency medical support, if needed. You will be in communication with our internal team at all times for any reason EMS is needed.
The production of every PAINKLLR event requires the moving of large loads, across distance, quickly. Volunteers in this team can expect physical elements such as heavy lifting, repetitive bending, reaching, and light running. This is a vital role with responsibilities that are essential to running a smooth, on time event.
