We are excited to partner with The Long Center to bring the WORK.IN.PROGRESS Fitness + Wellness Festival to Austin! Join us for an experience designed to inspire, motivate, and encourage us to all remember that we are each works in progress and that progress is in the work.

The day is spent with a series of activities that drive self-discovery, exploring how small changes and embracing challenge can lead to massive growth.

Open for all athletic levels, the experience brings the different fitness communities together in celebration of the greater fitness community for a chance to move, recover, and reset while connecting with others. From yoga to workouts, mindfulness to recovery, the WORK.IN.PROGRESS Fitness + Wellness Festival has something for anyone new to experienced in the fitness community.

Relax & Reset with Yoga & a Soundbath

To end the day, Wild Heart Yoga comes back to finish up with a relaxing yoga session and short soundbath.
